We are specialist builders providing a full service for adaptations inside and outside the home to enable the less abled to live independently.
Our aim is to work together with our customers in order to meet their needs, from the initial conception to the completed project, with the minimum disruption.
We are a family business and take pride in providing a complete service from concept through to completion. We can provide feasibility studies, liaise with Occupational Therapists, provide working drawings and carry out works through to completion, all to a very high standard. A complete building service is also available for extensions, loft conversions and major alterations.

ILS are fully experienced in working to Local Authority requirements and standards for Grant assistance as well as working for the private funded sector and Housing Associations.

Preconstruction Design
With our Design and Build service we are able to offer complete integration of your requirements together with design concept, architectural and town planning services to provide a quality service with projects completed on time and to the agreed budget.
Design & Construction Estimate

ILS train and retain a team of craftsmen to ensure our customers are comfortable with our personnel in their homes and quality of workmanship.
We offer a wide range of skills by qualified in-house trades and also use our small group of proven sub-contractors. By having a high level of quality and care which is to local authority standards, we carry out numerous projects for local council’s and Housing Associations. Much of our work comes from private and professional recommendation.
Electrical
Our sub-contract NICEIC registered electricians are able to undertake all aspects of installation and maintenance work, all our electrical work carries an electrical certificate.
Plumbing & Heating
Our plumbers are fully qualified and can carry out out everything from a drip to a bathroom and kitchen installation. Our GasSafe registered gas and heating engineer will undertake system and boiler repairs and install full heating systems, all our gas work carries a Gas Safe certificate.
Carpentry
We undertake all aspects of domestic carpentry including kitchens, doors, stairs etc.
Building
Our Building Services is experience in carrying out, Loft conversions, Extensions and additions to Private dwellings, commercial buildings including Residential and Nursing Homes.
